The electric trolley for hanged​ cheese

 

The hanged provolone trolley was conceived by Saverio Mancino to bring in all the houses, villas and restaurants his outing experiences with friends.
The Caciocavallo cheese is made with the podolica cowd milk and it is seasoned 2/3 months. 
The cheese is hanged on a hot plate, then served on crispy toasted bread.

An interesting delicious gourmet version is with the addition of black truffles or typical pickles of Southern Italy, with a glass of red wine.
