    The hanged Caciocavallo trolley was conceived by Saverio Mancino to bring in all the houses / villas and restaurants his outing experiences with friends.
    The Caciocavallo cheese is made with the podolica cowd milk and it is seasoned 2/3 months. The cheese is hanged on a hot plate, then served on crispy toasted bread. An interesting delicious gourmet version is with the addition of black truffles or typical pickles of Southern Italy, with a glass of red wine.
